Coaching using Assessment tools for the 2 people involved in a conflict where each person has an individual half-day session followed by at least one half-day session together.

A modular coaching programme to support the on boarding process of senior executives. The programme can include from 1 to 5 coaching sessions throughout the pre offer, acceptance and initial employment phases. Designed and agreed to suit the individual concerned.
Competency Leadership 360° Feedback Coaching
Competency based 360° feedback with up to 12 feedback providers including one half day coaching session in which the report is reviewed. This could be as a preliminary to another coaching or development programme.
Continuous Improvement Coaching Sessions
Short sessions usually as follow ups to previous coaching programmes to support further implementation of changes.
Quick Fix Coaching Sessions
