Because to improve how we work together and impact each other, we need more than just our own observations and awareness. When we commit to giving each other honest feedback, we commit to supporting each other and becoming stronger together. By regularly acknowledging and appreciating our strengths, coaching each other on how things might be done differently and holding each other accountable, we help each other to learn and grow.
